HVT series Rotary Tray Vacuum Gas-flushing Packaging Machine, is a new type of widely-used packaging machine, which can automatically perform processes of vacuum, gas-flushing, sealing, printing (optional) & film-cutting, featuring high efficiency, good sealing, nice packing appearance & easy operation.
Compared with traditional models, the production efficiency of rotary tray vacuum machine is increased by 35%-40%
One machine is equipped with N sets of different box molds, and the mold can be replaced in 5-10 minutes,which can easily meet different packaging needs
It made of 304 food grade stainless steel, which is safe and reliable
It equipped with automatic film supply/receiving system to achieve high efficiency and cleanliness

You can choose the film delivery method, there are two modes for you choose
1) Fixed length mode: Using a rotary encoder to measure the length of the film to be fed, suitable for blank films
2) Color code tracking mode: Using color sensor to sense the position of color marks on the film, suitable for films printed with color marks
