Description:
BSF-7030XA+BS-6040 automatic heap sorting sleeve sealing machine with shrink tunnel is suitable for shrink packaging all kinds of products in single row/double rows/four rows or in multilayer. It can line up and stack the products automatically, which improve the working efficiency greatly. The products after packing is tidy in appearance, compact in structure, guaranteed in quality, more suitable for long-distance transportation.

Features:
1. BS-7030XA automatic heap sorting sleeve sealing machine is designed through adopting advanced manufacture technology introduced from foreign country, characterized by its unique appearance.
2. Adopt Mitsubishi PLC to achieve light, mechanical, electrical and instrumental integration.
3. It can be designed for frontal feeding or side feeding as required.
4. According to different production requirements, it can automatically pack stacks in 5 layers/4 layers/3 layers/2 layers or combined products in multi-rows, which does not require additional mould.
5. Adopt belt-type conveyor for product-feeding, characterized by high speed and stable running. Positioning system for colored film can be equipped if necessary.
6. Adopts specially-designed sealing cutter for perfect sealing without cracking or film sticked to the cutter. Adopt imported photocell to ensure accurate positioning.
7. BS-6040 shrink tunnel adopts double blowing motors to guarantee even heat inside the tunnel, which leads to good appearance of package after shrinking.
8. The adjustable hot air guide flow frame inside the tunnel makes it more energy-saving.
9. Adopt solid steel roller covered with silicone gel pipe, chain conveying, and durable silicone gel.
10. Stepless conveying speed regulation controlled by transducer made in Taiwan. The cord fabric that is temperature-resistant and heat-insulating is used against loss of heat.
